Cardi B hinted that her marriage with Offset was on the rocks in a interview months prior to filing for divorce. The 27-year-old rapper - real name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar - reportedly began divorce proceedings to end her marriage to Offset - legal name Kiari Kendrell Cephus - at a court in Georgia on Tuesday.

And months before WAP hitmaker Cardi started official proceedings she revealed in an interview with Elle in September that her union with Offset had "a lot of drama." During the chat she also noted that she and Offset had a "passion" and "trust." Cardi shared: "There's always rumors about me and my husband, and I feel like people would rather start rumors because they want me to be heartbroken.
