Now, she’s earned a big cosign from none other than Cardi B. The Bronx MC responded to a tweet about the Vevo Ctrl Live Session performance of “In the Party,” praising Flo Milli’s “unique catchy voice and good songs”: Flo Milli responded soon after: It’s not the first time Cardi has offered praise to fellow female MC.
Back in February, she said Maryland rapper Rico Nasty is “up next” to become a breakout star in hip-hop, and she previously cosigned rappers CHIKA, Rapsody, Kamaiyah, and Tierra Whack following disparaging comments from Jermaine Dupri about women in rap music.
