Britney Spears' makeup artist has joined the #FreeBritney campaign as he shared his fears for her. Her loyal fans have called for the end of Britney's 12-year conservatorship, which they believe helps her father Jamie Spears and her management control her emotionally and financially.

Now MUA Billy Brasfield - known as Billy B - has admitted he is "concerned" about Britney's wellfare. Taking to Instagram, he called for those close to Britney to come forward and reveal what they know.

He said: "Britney Spears has incredible, passionate fans. Trust me I know because a few of you 'came for me'. "I appreciate that passion and wanting what is right, I don't know what the answer is, but without truth, there will never be the chance for the answer.
