Britain’s Got Talent. It was the first ever season of the show, and Connie stole the hearts of millions, as she sang her heart out on national television.
She took to the stage and sang Over The Rainbow for the nation.The little girl, who originated from Birmingham, came second place to Paul Potts and went on to launch her own singing career - despite reportedly applying to the show for a joke.She released her first ever album called Over The Rainbow, six months after appearing on the show, and sold an impressive 250,000 copies.Connie returned to Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions in 2019, and sang her original song for judges, but unfortunately did not make it to the semi-finals.She still works as a singer, with a large YouTube audience, and helps out as an ambassador for the African Children’s Choir, they promote education and relief projects.The singer has been spending time in Los Angeles, where she uploaded a gorgeous photo of her posing in front of a brightly decorated wall with the word love written across it at the Sofitel Hotel.Connie could be seen perching on a chair made of golden coins, wearing a black puff sleeve dress and brown strappy heels.She looked totally glammed up as she posed for the camera, wearing her freshly styled, shoulder length brunette hair loose, flowing across her shoulders in bouncy waves.
