Brit lads who went out for a pint end up in Ibiza with just their wallets and passports

pub they swore they’d be home by closing time.But it was actually two days before they got back to Aberdare, South Wales, after an impromptu trip to the holiday island of Ibiza.During their afternoon out in Merthyr, someone suggested that they go to Magaluf in Majorca.

The pair thought it was a great idea and got a taxi to Cardiff Airport."We stopped off at home to collect our passports and phone chargers, and then headed to the airport," says 23-year-old Dan. "When we got there though the Majorca flight was fully-booked," he added, "but there was a flight to Ibiza, so we booked ourselves on to that one."With no hotel and no return flight home booked, Wales Online reports, the pair bought some shorts and headed straight to the Ocean Beach club, before finding a nightclub.

Dan says: "We literally partied the whole weekend, and then when the sun came up on Sunday morning we had to think about how we were going to get home."To stay up to date with all the latest news, make sure you sign up to one of our newsletters here.Dan and Alex had only bought a one-way tickets from Cardiff, and the only one back on Sunday was to London Stansted."It was more difficult getting a plan back, but we sorted one, flew back into London in plenty of time to be at work on Monday," says Dan."It was a bit of a shock to the system, but it was all worth it.
