Brexit.Personal imports of meat and dairy products into the EU are now banned since Britain left the bloc.Customs officers in the Netherlands have since been filmed taking away the meat snacks from drivers arriving by ferry from the UK.The officials at the Hook of Holland ferry terminal tell motorists “you are no longer allowed to bring certain foods to Europe” since Brexit, the Guardian reports.They tell the surprised drivers this includes “meat, fruit, vegetables, fish, that kind of stuff”.One motorist, who had sandwiches in his car, asked if he could take out the meat to hand over, but keep the bread.But a customs officer told him: “No, everything will be confiscated.
