Jermaine Defoe after he was diagnosed with neuroblastoma at just 18 months old, a rare cancer that mainly affects babies and young children.He tragically passed away in 2017 and his parents Gemma and Carl set up a foundation in his name to raise funds and awareness to help and support other children.Little Gracie-Mae Lowery was born via emergency c-section at Sunderland Royal Hospital at 12.19am on Saturday morning, the couple announced.In a Facebook post, Gemma said she "didn't have the best of labour", but their daughter was now "doing amazing”.Writing on the Bradley Lowery Foundation’s Facebook page, she posted: "Hi everyone just an update to welcome our beautiful little princess to the world."Gracie-Mae was born 12:19am on 6th November.
