A number of names have been linked, including Houssem Aouar and Norwich City’s Emi Buendia. However, according to reports, Aouar has slipped down the pecking order, with Brandt now considered as an option.
Bild reporter Christian Falk claimed that Mikel Arteta did have an interest in signing the 24-year-old, who signed for Dortmund after shining for Bayer Leverkusen.
