The series, Newtopia, is based on Han Sang-woon's novel, Influenza, and follows a young couple, Lee Jae-yoon and Kang Young-joo, who part ways due to the strain of Jae-yoon's compulsory military service.However, a sudden zombie outbreak in Seoul sets them on a path to reunite.Before the thriller hits the screens, here's everything you need to know, including how to watch it in the UK.
Newtopia is set to make its global debut on Friday, February 7, on Prime Video in the UK and on Coupang Play for viewers in South Korea.
The show will air weekly episodes until Friday, March 21, with Prime Video streaming it across more than 240 territories, reports the Mirror.Jisoo steps into the shoes of Young-joo, marking her second significant on-screen role following her appearance in the Korean romance drama Snowdrop.The cast also includes Park Jeong-min as Jisoo's love interest Lee Jae-yoon, along with Im Sung-jae, Kim Jun-han and Jung-Min Park.
