A delicious-looking chocolate cake was also sat on a table, while a big pink figure six ballon floated beside the birthday set-up.The table adorned with gifts also had a beautiful bouquet of blue and pink flowers, as well as giant birthday cards for Nelly, along with another bunch of pink and blue striped balloons.
