Beyonce's controversial $24million show in  in anti-gay Dubai has been defended by her father Matthew, who claims the gig 'united a really diverse group of people.'The singer, 42, has been slammed for her gig at the Atlantis The Royal hotel - where she failed to perform any hits from her new LGBTQ+ Renaissance album - with the star accused of 'casting a shadow' over her support for queer people.Now her father Matthew, 71, has praised his daughter for  'bringing people together from all walks of life' and revealed she is planning a tour where she will perform songs from Renaissance.

Speaking to TMZ, Matthew said: 'Beyonce united a really diverse crowd with her incredible performance overseas, bringing people closer, as she does best.
