Actor Bert Belasco has died at the age of 38. The Let's Stay Together was found dead in his hotel room after suffering a 'suspected fatal aneurysm', reports TMZ.
Bert was holed up in quarantine in Richmond, Virginia as he prepared to start work on a new project. He was found on Sunday after his girlfriend asked hotel staff to check on him when she couldn't get hold of him.
A source told TMZ that blood was found on Bert's sheets. His father Bert Sr. believes his son suffered 'a fatal aneurysm' but the family are awaiting autopsy results.
Bert was a rising star who was best known for playing Charles Whitmore in BET's Let's Stay Together for 52 episodes from 2011 to 2014.
