Ben Shephard has issued an update on his painful ACL injury. The Ninja Warrior TV star, who presents GMB and ITV1's Tipping Point too, has ruptured his ACL.

Ben was injured during a horror knock amid a veterans' football match - and has been updating fans and followers on his progress ever since.
