BBC Breakfast host Dan Walker was left red faced after he revealed how he forgot to set his early morning alarm “for the first time in six years” ahead of his BBC exit.
During Wednesday’s (May 11) instalment of the beloved morning show, the long-standing TV presenter looked better than ever as he joined his co-host Sally Nugent on the infamous red sofa.But despite his cheery spirits, the 45-year-old admitted he has started to let his punctuality slip after he accidentally forgot to set his 3am alarm the night before for his final Wednesday morning show.Luckily, the dad-of-three's internal body clock kicked in and woke him up just in time for his 6am show as he took to Twitter before the show to share his TV blunder online.Alongside a sweet snap with the brunette beauty, 50, and a shot of his infamous brightly coloured socks, the TV star shared the embarrassing moment with his loyal legion of fans online.In full view of his 755,000 followers, the former Strictly star penned: “My last ever Wednesday on #BBCBreakfast and guess what?
