BBC Breakfast's former presenter Bill Turnbull has opened up on how he tries to stay positive in the face of his prostate cancer diagnosis.
The popular presenter revealed his diagnosis in 2018 and has since been undergoing treatment including chemotherapy and radium injections.
Speaking to The Daily Mail, Bill explained that he now tries to find moments of joy in every day so that he can enjoy the rest of his life in the best way possible.
He confessed that telling his wife Sarah and three adult children about his cancer diagnosis was "very hard", saying: "You're inflicting pain on them.
