In the latest broadcast, Sally, 53, informed viewers of significant snow-related travel disruptions, noting that Manchester Airport had to 'temporarily close' its runways due to intense snowfall.

A breaking news ticker then appeared on the screen, leading Sally to declare: "Manchester Airport says it has shut both of its runways for the second time in two days because of heavy snow in the area."
