Barcelona have been informed that they have to reduce their wage bill further, and it should drop below what Premier League new boys Watford are paying their squad.La Liga's managing director Jose Guerra confirmed on Thursday that the Spanish league have capped the Catalan sides spending to £83million (€97m).Real Madrid, on the other hand, will be allowed to spend a total seven times higher than their rivals.The Blaugrana's cap also falls short of last seasons La Liga winners, Atletico Madrid, who are capped at £148m (€172m).Barcelona's wage cap is comparable to Watford, who are reportedly spending £96m (€111m) this season."They acknowledge much higher losses than what they had initially estimated, so the impact is greater on their spending.
