Arsenal are reportedly set to offer Willian a two-year contract, with their north London rivals Tottenham also interested in signing the winger for free.
Willian's current deal with Chelsea is set to expire at the end of the season and the Brazilian is yet to agree terms to stay at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues do want him to stay put but, according to a new report from TeamTalk, they will face competition from both Arsenal and Spurs.
The Gunners are said to be preparing a two-year deal for the forward but Spurs are thought to be leading the race for his services due to the player's existing relationship with manager Jose Mourinho.
