dailystar.co.ukmarket after becoming the centre of a huge row between its owner and a lender.'The One', a 105,000-square-foot property located in Los Angeles' swanky Bel Air estate, has been estimated to be the most expensive in the United States of America, and was once valued at $500,000,000 (£362,496,150).According the MailOnline, the mega-opulent modern home boasts a bowling alley, private cinema, nightclub, swimming pools, jacuzzi, salon, gym and an underground garage with two-vehicle turntables.It was bought in 2012 by Nile Niami — a self-styled 'King of LA mega-mansions' — who spent nine years renovating the property.
