thesun.co.ukTHE Wanted have rallied around their bandmate Tom Parker for two years as the star battles cancer. The dad-of-two has undergone numerous rounds of chemotherapy and radiotherapy since being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour in 2020.
Jay McGuinness, Siva Kaneswaran, Nathan Sykes and Max George have been by their pals side since then. Last year, they announced plans to reform seven years after their split to perform at Tom’s Stand Up To Cancer gig.
They also released a new single written by Max and released their greatest hits. The group is currently on an arena tour of the country, which Tom missed the start of to undergo pioneering treatment on his brain cancer in Spain.
