Justin Bieber and the rapper Kodak Black are being sued by two victims from a shooting that occurred last year on February 12 outside the singer's star-studded concert afterparty, reported TMZ on Friday.In documents obtained by the outlet, Mark Schaefer and Adam Rahman have claimed they were struck during the shooting that happened over Super Bowl LVI weekend, and were consequently 'severely injured.'The incident had taken place just outside of The Nice Guy restaurant in West Hollywood, where the Peaches hitmaker, 28, was throwing a party with a list of other celebrities in attendance, including his wife Hailey Bieber, Khloe Kardashian, Tobey Maguire and Drake.DailyMail.com previously reported that a total of four victims were shot, including Kodak, 25, whose real name is Bill Kahan Kapri.However, the alleged victims suing the performers have claimed that the Pimpin Ain't Eazy rapper had a big part in the escalation of the fight that occurred outside of the establishment when an unknown assailant reportedly attacked someone from his group, prompting him to get into the scuffle to protect his friend.
