Arsenal’s Alexandre Lacazette has emerged as a target for Atletico Madrid in the summer. Diego Simeone’s side have struggled this season and are currently sixth in La Liga, 13 points behind league leaders Barcelona .

He’s looking for striking reinforcements with his team having floundered in front of goal this term. Despite having the likes of Alvaro Morata and Diego Costa available to them, both have suffered injuries and dips in form.

Morata has just eight goals from 19 games, while Costa has struck twice in eight matches. With only 31 goals in 27 fixtures, Atletico have the second-worst goal record for teams in the top half of the table.
