The service has become increasingly popular with shoppers Australia wide, with an ALDI spokesperson confirming delivery requests are up 120 percent since before Covid-19.
And it’s as easy as getting a quote on the app and picking your personal shopper. “Just request quotes to order, and a tasker will pick up your groceries favorite food from any Aldi across Australia and deliver it to your house,” the Airtasker website says.
You then write a detailed description of what you are after and agree on a payment method. And it’s not just the ALDI shoppers you are benefiting from the idea.
