The 43-year-old, who is tied with Ric Flair for the most world championship reigns in WWE history, managed to make the seven-year-old’s day despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Wrestling fan David Castle, who is fighting a Wilms tumour, was left with a moment he’ll never forget when Cena rocked up to his home in Tampa, Florida.
While donning a mask and gloves to stay on the safe side, the American handed over two WWE titles, a signed t-shirt, hat, armbands and a programme to the youngster.
