John Cena visits WWE fan battling cancer and takes birthday presents during pandemic

metro.co.ukThe world really doesn’t deserve John Cena. While the coronavirus pandemic is still making life incredibly tough for people around the world, the Hollywood star hasn’t stopped doing his bit for those in need.
Cena – who has granted more wishes for the Make A Wish Foundation than literally anyone else – surprised seven-year-old David Castle over the weekend to give him a birthday surprise.
As reported by NBC’s WFLA, the young WWE fan was diagnosed with a Wilms tumour – a kind of childhood cancer starting in the kidneys – back in October.
Sadly, David is heading into his eighth birthday on 10 May at stage four of his illness, as it has spread to other areas of his body. .@JohnCena is the best.
