World Cup bosses plan tournament so England fans can compete alongside Three Lions

England supporters will compete alongside the Three Lions in Qatar for their own 'World Cup'.Football chiefs are laying on a five-a-side event for rival groups which will mirror the tournament.

The Fans’ Cup will be contested by followers of all 32 nations over four days during the competition.A Qatar government spokesman said: "Fans are central to the success of the first FIFA World Cup in the Middle East and Arab world.READ MORE: FIFA ‘fear tech howlers’ at World Cup as recent errors highlight possible embarrassment"We are thrilled to be hosting this tournament which we believe will create an exciting atmosphere while uniting fans from across the globe."Just like the world’s best footballers, their supporters will battle through group stages and knockout rounds until the winner is crowned at the FIFA Fan Festival in Al Bidda Park in Doha on December 2.All players must be 18 or over and have travel and accommodation secured from November 29 to December 2.
