I’m not sure I could live a life of bland or routine meals!“I do have some staples — my protein shake coffee and bowl of fresh fruit for breakfast, avocado and honey toast with egg whites a few afternoons for lunch, two ingredient dough pizzas for dinners during the week— but I’m always experimenting with new flavours.“WW has helped me to use a point system to ensure I’m eating a healthy and balanced diet during the week.
