The grim attack took place at around midnight on Sunday 16 August on the A4 in Thatcham.After the victim spotted the seat on the ground in the layby, she thought a child could be at risk and stopped to check.But there was no child and after leaving her vehicle the vile incident took place, reports The Mirror.Top cop Alice Broad said: "This is a concerning incident that has understandably caused anxiety in the local community.“However, such offences are extremely rare and a thorough investigation is underway to identify the offender."The victim has provided a full account of the incident.
