Emergency services were called to Edgefauld Road in the city at around 5.45pm to reports of a pedestrian being struck by a car.The woman was rushed to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.Her condition is unknown.One local is reported to have performed first aid on the injured woman.Multiple police vehicles were at the scene tonight as cops sealed off the street.Officers are continuing to probe the incident.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “We were called around 5.45pm to a report of a pedestrian being struck by a car in Edgefauld Road, Glasgow, on Saturday, 12 December, 2020. “A woman, the pedestrian, has been taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary by the Scottish Ambulance Service.".
