Devon Live reports.The woman was driving a black SUV when somehow she lost control and crashed through wire fencing in St Marks Road.The car went off the side of Torquay cliff and fell 100 feet through trees, bushes and undergrowth before stabilising and stopping sideways, above the beach huts.The woman had managed to escape from her car and was heard "highly distressed and in shock" by paddleboarders, swimmers, beach hut owners and Torbay Council staff working to repaint the huts.The next thing they knew the woman fell 50ft down to fencing behind the upper level of beach huts.One beach hut owner, who didn't want to be named, said: "People heard her shouting.
