"Now people smile and ask to give him attention."Chloe also mentioned in other posts that she wanted to promote the use of pet-safe dye but was slammed by many viewers who called this an act of "animal abuse".One said: "The dog is crying, why would you dye it?""Poor dog, also a red dog ain't gonna stop it from getting stolen," a second wrote.
