Amanda Lee, from Crewe, Cheshire, has 'persistently shown no consideration' to others since the 1990's, police said. She has a total of 15 convictions from 1996 to 2018 including for anti-social behaviour, harassment, public order offences and abusing the 999 system, CheshireLive reports.
