A deaf woman says she has applied for more than 3,000 jobs and been rejected for every single one. Unemployed Kellie Wilson, 33, hasn't had any luck landing a job despite applying for thousands of roles in the last two-and-a-half years, and it has damaged her confidence and left her wondering if she is "useless".
