Porto are said to have hired a 'witch doctor' in their quest to regain Primeira Liga glory from rivals Sporting - paying a small fortune for her services across the 2021/22 season.
The Dragons had won two of the last three league titles before last season, during which they slipped down to second below Sporting after one matchweek and remained behind them the rest of the campaign.As part of their attempts to claim back the bragging rights, club president Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa is said to have brought in Madalane Aroso as a doctor back in July.With Porto directors said to be treating Aroso as a medic, she is reportedly earning just short of an astonishing £13,000 per calendar month, working out as £150,000 a season.Portuguese media have.
