Jason Manford thanks fans for support as he issues family health update

ITV Starstruck judge Jason Manford has taken to social media to thank his fans for the messages of support he and his family received after he posted the "heartbreaking" news that his grandmother, who he calls Nana Manford, was rushed to hospital at the age of 99. Now, he has updated his followers with the news that she is doing well and has "made it back home".
