Prince William is said to be "shocked and saddened" by his brother's behaviour over Megxit, according to reports. Harry and wife Meghan Markle have faced criticism for the seemingly terse statement they snapped back with after the royal family confirmed on Friday they would be stripped of their patronages.
The phrasing from their spokesperson - "We can all live a life of service. Service is universal” - has been branded "petulant" by royal insiders.
And now The Sunday Times reports sources close to William saying he felt his brother's response was "insulting and disrespectful” to the Queen, and described him as "furious" at the perceived slight.
