England is set to be lifted on December 2nd, and the country will move back into an updated version of the three-tier system.
Across the new tier system, non-essential retail will reopen - for stores that have been closed since early November, the news that they’re able to remain open across all tiers will be music to their ears, particularly in the run up to Christmas.
It’s worth noting that the reopen date comes just 48 hours after cyber weekend comes to an end: the mammoth annual shopping weekend sees retailers slash their prices, enticing customers with huge discounts just weeks away from Christmas.For stores currently closed and set to reopen on the 3rd, you’d be forgiven for thinking they’ll have missed the big business from Black.
