Wigan Warriors face a trip to Championship outfit York City Knights in the third round of the Challenge Cup. The third round draw took place this morning, with Adrian Lam's side the second team out of the hat.
York, who have defeated Sheffield Eagles and London Broncos to reach the third round stage, are one of the favourites in the second-tier this year.
Wigan, the competition's most successful club after winning the trophy 19 times, haven't won the competition since 2013. They will make the trip to York's new state-of-the-art LNER Community Stadium on the weekend of April 10-11.
Adrian Lam's side reached the semi-final stage last year before falling short to Leeds. They last reached the final in 2017, eventually losing to Hull FC.
