Makeup and special effects artist Cleve Hall, whose work included Ghoulises, Twisted Nightmare and Book of Fire, has died. Hall’s publicist, Mike Arnold confirmed the artist’s death to Deadline.
He died Wednesday from a heart attack at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
