Marcus Rashford is out of Manchester United's Premier League fixture away to Fulham through injury. Rashford sustained a heavy knock in United's final training session on Friday and was unable to finish it.

The 26-year-old travelled with the squad to London but failed a fitness test on Saturday morning. United manager Erik ten Hag selected a 22-man squad for the journey, which indicated there was a fitness issue.

Rashford's absence comes a day after Ten Hag branded his decision to attend a birthday party on Sunday evening as "unacceptable".

United lost 3-0 at home to Manchester City hours earlier and Rashford's removal was cheered by a section of the crowd at Old Trafford.
