Manchester United are approaching the halfway point of their November international break but there has been plenty going on around the club this week.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe's prospective investment continues to dominate conversation, with the INEOS chief set to be confirmed as a minority shareholder imminently.

He will take a 25 per cent stake in United and control footballing operations, which will mean a new chief executive and could also lead to a new sporting director.
