West Brom was allowed to stand despite an apparent handball from Chelsea star Kai Havertz.Abraham capped off Chelsea’s fightback against the Baggies as the game finished 3-3 at the Hawthorns.It could have been a lot worse for Frank Lampard’s side with West Brom having flown into a 3-0 lead inside 30 minutes.And Lampard would have surely had his heart in his mouth following Abraham’s stoppage time strike, which earned Chelsea a point.Havertz had handled in the build up however Sky Sports received confirmation from Stockley Park that immediacy of the handball was the issue.The handball now has to be in the immediate build up to the goal with Havertz having brought the ball down with his hand before the ball was cleared to the edge of the West.
