People arriving at Alicante-Elche airport on Tuesday were reportedly refused entry into Spain and were sent back to the city on the same flight they had arrived on.

Under the rules, because of Brexit, if you are not ordinarily a resident of Spain you have to apply for permission to be there for longer than 90 days.

People who WERE resident in Spain before Britain left the European Union should have their rights to stay protected by the Withdrawal Agreement.
