Former England boss Sven-Goran Eriksson has hit out at the 12 clubs pushing for a Super League and urged them to reconsider their plans.
The Swede believes the clubs - which include Eriksson’s former club Manchester City alongside their Premier League rivals Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham - should sit down with UEFA to negotiate a different way forward.
