Viewers were left stunned at the weekend after Joe, 38, and partner Alex Murphy managed to beat frontrunner Perri Kiely and Vanessa Bauer to the crown.
The pair had been up against paralympian Libby Clegg, who was voted out before being able to perform her version of Jayne Torville and Christopher Dean's legendary Bolero.
