Nicola Sturgeon yesterday announced 11 council areas would move to level 4 from Friday - and will face the toughest restrictions in the five-tier system.
Similar to March's lockdown, people will be advised to stay at home "as much as possible", while non-essential shops, restaurants and gyms will close.
