This Christmas is set to be a big one for the Platts as they say goodbye to their matriarch, Gail, as she leaves Weatherfield behind after 50 years.
As fans know, she is due her fairytale ending but will the warring Platt family allow Gail and Jesse Chadwick their winter wonderland wedding or will family feuds put a stop to Gail riding off into the sunset with her sixth husband - but at her seventh wedding - as the newlyweds prepare to relocate to France?
Corrie fans will be able to watch the following unfold on Christmas Day (Wednesday, December 25) at 7pm for an hour-long edition.
