Arsenal’s dire Premier League season continued last weekend with another defeat in which they failed to trouble the scorers.
The Gunners have scored just twice and collected a measly four points in their last seven games. That poor run has left them 15th in the league going into the weekend with 13 points from 11 games, their lowest tally at this stage in a top flight season since they collected 12 in 1981/82.
Burnley ’s season hasn’t gone much better. Sean Dyche’s side have just six points to their name and won on just one occasion so far.
Both sides have been fairly goal shy this campaign, Arsenal scoring 10 and Burnley managing to find the net just five times.
