The football ace is said to have given her the piece of jewelry as a sign of his commitment, and when he gifted her the ring he also shared his intentions of planning a second wedding.
The Liverpudlian WAG - who has stood by her man, both 35, despite the numerous indiscretions and infidelities that have often overshadowed his sporting achievements - was reportedly in "shock" from Wayne's gushing display, but shut down his plans for an epic vow renewal bash as she doesn't want to "jinx" their relationship.
