Michael B. Jordan and Jamie Foxx‘s recent movie, Just Mercy, is now streaming free for Blackout Tuesday.
The flick centers on the world-renowned civil rights defense attorney Bryan Stevenson (played by Jordan) as he works to free a wrongly condemned death row prisoner (Foxx).
Warner Bros. Pictures has announced that the movie will be free to rent on multiple streaming services. “We believe in the power of story,” a statement from the studio reads. “Our film Just Mercy, based on the life work of civil rights attorney Bryan Stevenson, is one resource we can humbly offer to those who are interested in learning more about the systemic racism that plagues our society.” It continues, “For the month of June, Just Mercy will be available to rent
